• Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Note: Two-wheeler license holders with their own vehicles are highly preferable.

Job Description:

• Fulfilling the monthly and annual targets of the department.
• Regular weekly reporting of the performance of the department to the senior marketing officer.
• Visit the field as per the direction of the senior marketing officer.
• Follow up with the clients.

Benefits:

• Salary of Rs 12,000 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
• Incentives Schemes are as under:

Targeted Sales (Individual Sales) % of Sales

• Up to NPR 3,00,000                      Nil
• Above NPR 3,00,000                     2%
