Summary of Position: This position is responsible for monitoring the production activities in the packaging line.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execution of Shift production planning.
- Daily or shift wise monitor the operation of production lines KPIs
- Allocation the Manpower in the proper & necessary position during the production period.
- Ensure work team is complying as per the PPE matrix.
- Breakdown analysis and corrective action to eliminate/minimize breakdowns.
- Maintain a complete record of all the production reports
- Shift wise reconciliation of packing materials with Stores departments.
- Monitoring and reducing of wastes in packaging.
- Responsible for Production quality as per HACCP and no market complaints.
- Ensuring high levels of hygiene in the production area.
