Job Description
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and classes
- Collaborate with trainers to develop training materials and curriculum
- Manage the registration process for participants, including handling inquiries and providing necessary information
- Identification, sourcing and onboarding Trainers
- Ensure all training materials are prepared and distributed to participants in a timely manner
- Monitor attendance and track progress of participants throughout the training program
- Coordinate logistics for training classes, including Training hall setup, equipment, and catering arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information on our database
- Conduct evaluations to gather feedback from participants and make improvements to future training programs
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting training programs through various channels.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in an educational or corporate setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with IT concepts, technologies, or certifications is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. CSIT, Bachelor’s in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
