Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely, to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and application problems.
- Assist with account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users on basic IT operations and best practices.
- Document IT support activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
- Assist with IT inventory management and procurement as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
