Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely, to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and application problems.
  • Assist with account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures.
  • Offer training and guidance to end-users on basic IT operations and best practices.
  • Document IT support activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and procurement as needed.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
