Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new and existing IT equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- System Maintenance, Network Support, Software Installation and Configuration, Remote Support, assisting with network connectivity issues, ensuring IT devices are functioning correctly, and troubleshooting IT problems.
- Handling projects, understanding the project, and guiding the technical team for proper installation, setting, and configuration of IT devices.
- Identifying customers' needs, and assisting sales teams to suggest the best solutions for clients.
- Configure IT Security such as firewall, network configuration VPN setup, etc.
- Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT tools, applications, and best practices to enhance their technical skills.
Job Specification
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support or working in an IT-related role is a plus.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
