Job Description

  • Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and repair computer equipment, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Set up and configure desktops, printers, and user accounts.
  • Perform routine computer maintenance tasks like installing updates and ensuring system stability.
  • Assist with software and hardware upgrades to optimize performance.
  • May participate in network testing to diagnose hardware/software related problems.
  • Prepare data reports and presentations as needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology a plus
  • 6months to 1 year as a IT Support Officer
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously, but also able to recognize when to ask for help.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges.
  • Must have a good command of English communication both in writing and speaking.
