Job Description: Provide overall support and technical assistance in repairing and maintenance of all assigned products. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues. Handle escalations and technically complex customer reported cases of various network equipment such as Router, Switches, NAS, Access Point, Servers, etc. Take ownership of the cases and drive them until issue/s are completely resolved and the customers are satisfied with the resolution. Product configuration or guiding customers as how to configure specific features via field or phone Job Specification: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Designing and implementing the network as per the client’s needs. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. The candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid license, as this position requires travel between customers.
