Minimum Qualification: A bachelor’s in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Apply a continuous improvement approach to ensure the efficient management of IT assets.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to equipment such as computers, printers, and other peripherals, as well as install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the management of user accounts, email, and network access, as well as installing and configuring network devices.
- Monitor the network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with Database Management, Active Directory, and Linux, as well as knowledge of Windows.
