Job Description:
- To ensure the IT system runs smoothly and securely within the organization
- To ensure smooth running of IT related hardware (including CCTV, facial attendance device) and software
- To install and manage IT related hardware and software and to troubleshoot/repair when needed
- To be able to coordinate with software developers for efficient running of various software used in the organization
- To manage the client server network, internet and intranet
- To minimize security threats
- To back up data and prevent data corruption
- To provide support to colleagues in using basic end-user computer applications.
