• Knowledge of web and APP hosting techniques and scripting languages
• Knowledge of OS fundamentals, Windows Server, Linux, Unix, virtualized environment etc. 
• Must have interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and is detail oriented.

Requirements:

Job Details: IT Assistant Trainee is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy.

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in any faculty from a recognized university.

Candidates are expected to have:

• Ability to code in any of above-mentioned programming languages
• Ability to use GIT (Source code Repository).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Learn and provide regular and event-based support to IT team and senior technical staff within the provided time frame. 
• Learn and Provide customer support and handle queries/complaints. 
• Assist in installation, configuration and fault resolution of corporate and end user software and technology.
• Create and maintain log and reports of activities performed.
• Assist with general office duties.
• Website development and maintenance 
• Mobile app development and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures in the implementation process and integrate all site elements.
• Manage all communication with web producers and provide all information on project status and manage multiple projects.
