Job Description:
- Scheduling and Conducting Interviews
- Screening the candidates for interviews
- Assisting clients and make proper coordination for interviews
- Lead briefing sessions for candidates
- Making proper plans before interview with consultation of Managers
- Source candidates by using databases and social media occasionally
- Conduct phone, zoom and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to team.
