Job Description:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the recruitment landscape in overseas countries. Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance the visibility and brand image of your recruitment agency . Develop and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate agency's services, expertise, and unique selling propositions to the target audience .
  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek and engage with potential clients. This includes reaching out to companies, HR professionals, and decision-makers to present agency's services, establish relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing client. Provide exceptional customer service, address their needs, and act as a point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
  • Networking: Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Qatar to network with potential clients, professionals, and stakeholders. Build strong relationships within the local business community to expand your agency's reach and influence.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing strategies to reach the target audience. Utilize various digital platforms such as social media, job portals, and professional networks to promote agency's services and engage with potential clients.
  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with local businesses, industry associations, and relevant organizations. Collaborate with these entities to expand your agency's reach and leverage their networks for mutual benefit.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor the recruitment market in Qatar, analyze industry trends, and stay updated with relevant regulations and practices. Generate reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market insights to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the allocated marketing budget effectively. Plan and allocate resources to achieve maximum return on investment while ensuring the marketing activities align with the agency's objectives.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication and coordination with the team in Nepal, including recruiters and account managers. Collaborate with them to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals, provide necessary marketing support, and facilitate smooth operations.

 

Note -  Applicants should be ready to work in Nepal or out of the country.

 

Job Specification:

  • Degree in marketing, sales, or similar.
  • Prior experience as a marketing executive.
  • A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
