Job Description:
- Team work with engineers, architects and project managers and use technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and everything related to project from drawings, BOQ, bills/estimates etc.
- Perform supervision, management and monitoring of sites for the quality of service
- Visiting various Construction Sites, (outside valley) when required.
- Report periodically on the status of the ongoing project under supervision to reporting person.
- Design the preparedness actions, providing technical recommendations and guidance and monitor the management of risks.
- Control project from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Co-ordinate and manage with the technical team.
- Detailing and preparation of working drawings using AUTOCAD.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
- Take the responsibility of procurement plan and procurement/ material tracking (MTS)
- Managing project resources.
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
- Other works as and when assigned by the management.
