Job Description:

• Team work with engineers, architects and project managers and use technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose. 
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and everything related to project from drawings, BOQ, bills/estimates etc. 
• Perform supervision, management and monitoring of sites for the quality of service 
• Visiting various Construction Sites, (outside valley) when required. 
• Report periodically on the status of the ongoing project under supervision to reporting person. 
• Design the preparedness actions, providing technical recommendations and guidance and monitor the management of risks. 
• Control project from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design. 
• Co-ordinate and manage with the technical team. 
• Detailing and preparation of working drawings using AUTOCAD. 
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff. 
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. 
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors. 
• Take the responsibility of procurement plan and procurement/ material tracking (MTS) 
• Managing project resources. 
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. 
• Other works as and when assigned by the management.
