HR Trainee/Paid trainee

Duration: 15th December 2023- March 2024

Field visits required: Not required

Duty station: Heifer International Nepal Country Office

Major Functions:

• Assist in the listing of Applications of New hire
• Assist in Schedule interviews and written exam
• Assist in preparing job file
• Assist in personal filling
• Support to Logistic staff for filling
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work with a flexible schedule
• Able to effectively promote Heifer’s mission values, and objectives
• Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity.
