Qualifications / Skills
Master’s /Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource department with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strong leadership, organizational skills, problem solving, conflict management skills, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Identifying the hiring needs of the respective unit and creating job descriptions, posting job descriptions on Linkedln page, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates.
- Analyzing turnover rates, tracking employee engagement, forecasting hiring needs.
- Recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and on boarding process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
