Job Description:
- Prepare and provide orientation on HR policies and procedures to all the employees.
- Monitor and track employees’ attendance and keep record of leave details.
- Involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, coordinate with department heads for requisition of new employees, and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain and update HR files and database (HRIS system).
- Develop, revise and process payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
- Participate and Assist in developing compensation and benefit plans.
- Develop career and succession plans of employees. Implement an efficient promotion cycle, and evaluate annual performance of employees.
- Participate in training programs, coordinate with unit/department heads, plan and design training programs, conduct in house training and development programs.
- Monitor employees’ disciplinary activities and take corrective actions.
- Prepare and keep track of responses of complaints, and participate in grievance handling.
- Coordinate with the unit heads for timely and effective handling of employees’ performance, feedback, grievances and retention.
