Other Specification:

  • Should have completed at least Bachelors degree
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in HR Department 
  • Should have Leadership, Training, Presentation and People Management skills
  • Knowledge on Labour Law
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

 

Note : The candidate should have valid Two Wheeler Driving License as this role will require travelling within Kathmandu valley. 

 

Job Description:

  • Active involvement in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
