Job Description:
- Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
- Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organisation
- Handle employee grievances and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance related obstacles
- Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head
- Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs
- Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications and other employee documents
- Organize employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops and activities
- Communicate and coordinate with members of other department to ensure smooth functioning.
