Job Description:
- Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendation to ensure positive employee experience in the organisation.
- Handle employee grievances and provide basic counselling to employees who have performance related obstacles.
- Screening initial resumes and applications and providing short list to the department head.
- Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs.
- Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications and other employee documents.
- Organize employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with members of other department to ensure smooth functioning.

Job Specification:
- Masters’ Degree with a specialization in Human Resources or other relevant fields.
- 2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, people management and problem solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of HRM tools and employment-related laws and regulations.
