Job Description:
- Recruit skilled workforce for the company
- Map essential procedures of the company
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
- Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
- Orientation of employees
- Training and Development
- Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Handling performance management of the staff
- Develop performance plans for the employees
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
- Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position.
Job Specification:
- 2 years of progressive experience as a Human Resource Officer
- Capable of managing and running human resource and general administration units independently.
- People oriented and results-driven.
- Able to work independently as well as as a team player.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office.
