What are we looking for ?

• We are looking for 7+year’s experience HR Manager for cement division to oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our corporate needs
• Role includes recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain our human assets.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and experience hiring employees
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.

Possesses strong planning, execution and multitasking skills and demonstrated ability to reprioritize accordingly. Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities white meeting deadlines.
