Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Studies/Management with specialization in HR.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in HR. However, freshers with a great aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.
- Maintenance of hard and soft copy files of employee files and documentation, preparation of contracts, issuing required letters, and all.
- Customize employee contracts according to each new hire and present contracts to all new employees.
- Assist HR Manager in Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Employment Training, HR software employee, performance Appraisal, and other HR functions.
