Job Description:
- Organize and maintain employee records and create regular HR reports
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and revise HR policy
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees and answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist account department by providing relevant employee information like leaves, sick days and work schedules
- Arrange travel and accommodations and process expense forms for employees going on field visits
- Schedule and Organize different in-house and external events for training, development and recreation of employees
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders and prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain a company calendar
- Book hotel and meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Look after overall operation of the organization.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferable in Management
- Proven work experience as an HR and Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role for 1 to 2 years
- Solid knowledge of office procedures and Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
- Require TWO-WHEELER
