Job Description:
- Review, update and implementation of HR policies to ensure alignment with organisation standards, local labor laws and market practices
- Responsible for entire HR functions: Recruitment, on boarding, Induction, Grievances, Employee engagement.
- Review, develop and implement effective employee performance management system/ tools and train / provide advice and support to the executive director on evaluating performance, addressing performance issues and giving feedback and recognition to staff
- Review salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs, and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees
- Address employee relations issues and investigate issues related to discipline and grievance
- Frequent store visit, supervise store maintenance and cleanliness.
- Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents
- Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary for the role.
