Job Description:

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to  streamline processes

  • Oversee all employee relations programs, disciplinary procedures, and employee  representative discussions or negotiations
  • Leads and manages the HR and administration teams and stimulates their continuous  improvement
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other  business operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to  budgetary constraint 
  • Oversee the administration related works, issuance of invoice to the clients, follow up on  payments and general workflow.
