• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum1 year experience in the leadership position preferably at children home or related field
• Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Tibetan language and positive attitude.

Job Description:

The Hostel In-Charge will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the Kailash Home as well as organizing the operational team and volunteers. The duties include but not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for the well-being of the children physically, mentally, socially
• Supervise weekly staff schedules, attendance and ensuring shifts are covered
• Prepare children academic report after every term
• Liaise between children and their schools/colleges
• Monitor college children study hours
• Ensure high team morale and motivation
• Maintain Account Books/Post Vouchers/Ledgers
•  Set out daily responsibilities to the staff and monitor their performance
• Regular inspection of store, kitchen and rooms for health and hygiene.
