Job Responsibilities
User Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via ticket, email, and in-person.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems to resolution.
Ticket Management:
- Log and prioritize support tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Track and monitor the status of open tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Hardware and Software Configuration:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software applications.
Documentation:
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures and issue resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of user guides and FAQs.
