The employee responsibilities include:
- General administration of the school.
- Monitor the quality, pedagogical methodology, and organization of all the courses given by the instructors
- Develop yearly plans of courses, teachers' and students’ schedules, and shifts to ensure GH operational needs are met.
- Organize exams schedules
- Develop long-term partnerships with hotels to ensure internship placements for students
- Responsible for the yearly student recruitment process.
- Monitor, motivate, and empower instructors and students.
- Teach English, Soft Skills/Life Skills, and other Hospitality topics according to the need of the Hospitality training
- Recruitment of students.
We expect you to:
- Have a bachelor's or CTEVT certificate from the Hospitality Industry.
- Have 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry and in teaching. Experience as a school administrator is a plus.
- Have good knowledge of English writing and speaking.
- Have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Have a creative and proactive mindset.
- Salary based on qualifications and experience.
