MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT:

Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager Level:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology /Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with at least 9 years of relevant work experience
Or
Master’s Degree in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.

Age Limit:

Age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline.

JOB PROFILE:

• Plan and Prepare short term and long-term ICT strategy along with its action plan
• Review and update Bank’s ICT Policy, SOPs and profile as per current need
• Monitor overall ICT related tasks and respond to IS Audit comment on timely manner
• Plan and Prepare document for the Bank’s ICT related contract and Support Service License Agreement (SLA) with vendors
• Prepare monthly/quarterly review response of ICT related tasks and update to executive committee
• Prepare and check to ensure annual security task in the Bank’s CBS platform (Finacle)
• Oversee to ensure Proactive Management of the Bank Data Centers and Disaster Site
• Plan and update on Banks CBS Business Continuity Plan (BCP) through proper replication of CBS data and checking its data consistency including its data growth
•  Oversee to ensure all ICT related Helpdesk issues/support are resolved on timely manner
•  Oversee and Ensure Management of DR Drill as per the Bank’s ICT policy
• Ensure Monitoring the CBS exception report and prepare its action plan in need
• Monitor and review Incident Response process and prepare the mitigation steps
• Oversee the Human Capacity Planning for ICT related tasks and platform.

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge on the latest Central Bank regulatory framework and Nepal government ICT Act
• Knowledge on development of Project Plan (PMP) and its execution
• Knowledge on functionality of Core Banking System modules (Finacle) and its platform
•  Design and development on the Bank ICT Policy and its procedures
•  Overall Knowledge of BCP process and its associated steps/tasks
• Overall knowledge on networking, communication and ICT related devices.
•  Technical Knowledge of different RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL etc.
• Technical Knowledge on different Operating System such as Win Servers, Linux etc.
• Technical Knowledge on different reporting platform such as OBIEE, Power BI, SSIS, etc.
• Technical Knowledge on any software development platform such as Visual Studio, IDE, etc.
•  Technical Knowledge on any software development language such as C, C++, Java, C#, python, etc.
• Technical knowledge on the Bank’s Business Process Workflows (BPM) and interfaces
•  Technical Knowledge on the Banking software like CRM, LMS, AML- CFT, Intranet, FAMS, INVS, HCM, Mobile/Web Banking, Switch Software, SWIFT, Website, SharePoint , digital archiving, MS Office 365 etc.
