Job Description:
1. Hardware Maintenance:
- Diagnosing and replacing malfunctioning hardware components such as hard drives, memory modules, and motherboards.
- Assembling and disassembling computers and peripherals.
- Installing and updating device drivers.
2. Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:
- Configuring routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Setting up local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Identifying and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Monitoring network performance and security.
- Software Installation and Support:
3. Installing operating systems and software applications:
- Providing technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting software problems and conflicts.
- Security Implementation.
4. Setting up automated data backup systems:
- Assisting in data recovery in case of hardware failures or data corruption.
- Documentation and Reporting.
5. Maintaining records of hardware and software inventory:
- Creating documentation for troubleshooting procedures and network configurations.

6. Providing technical assistance and support to end-users:
