Knowledge and Abilities
- Ensure to provide flawless, upscale, unique experiences to all guest visiting the Property.
- Analyze guest feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall satisfaction.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure to check VIP Room and place amenities welcome card prior arrival.
- Response to guest request and anticipating their needs.
- Actively listen and resolve guest complaints.
Education: Bachelor in Hospitality Management or in equivalent.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in Guest Relation Department or in related field
