Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative assets for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging, labels, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and design objectives.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively convey Beauty Scents' brand message and resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality assets.
- Incorporate feedback from Upper management and team members to refine designs and improve overall quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Knowledge and experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the cosmetic and fragrance industry is a plus.
