Purpose of the Role:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective design solutions that align with our brand identity and communication goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrates a keen eye for detail.
Design Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the CREASION’s brand and goals.
- Drive the evolution of design processes and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Stay well-informed of current trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to inform and enhance the design strategy.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads to optimize team productivity.
Creative Direction:
- Set the creative direction for design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design principles.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet high standards of visual appeal and usability.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the communications team and across departments.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, vendors and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Designing, Computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effect, Premier Pro, InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
