  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  2. Proficiency in digital marketing and graphic design; software, tools and platforms. 
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  4. Attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines. 
  5. Excellent communication and writing skills. 
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design concepts effectively.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to achieve business objectives. 
  2. Create and curate content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement, both externally and internally. 
  3. Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, images, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more. 
  4. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives. 
  5. Create and edit images, illustrations, and graphics using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  6. Ensure consistency in branding and design across different platforms and materials. 
  7. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques. 
  8. Prepare final designs for print or digital publication and ensure they meet specifications. 
  9. Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, website and display advertising campaigns. 
  10. Monitor and analyze content effectiveness, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics/ Meta Business Suite. 
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. 
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. 
  13. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. 
  14. Measure and prepare reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  15. Other works as assigned by the company.
