USAID/Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Project is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI) since 2019 to strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster risk reduction, preparedness, and response. The USAID Tayar Nepal seeks applications for the following positions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years/master’s degree or 6 years/ bachelor’s degree in business administration or in other relevant discipline. (For excluded group a minimum of 2 years with a master’s degree or 5 years with a bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in grants and subcontract management
• Prior experience with USAID grants, subcontract & procurement processing, and DAI regulations is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal, writing, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite.
• Able to maintain good working relationships with team members while retaining high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
• Fluency in English is required.

Location and Reporting:

The Grants & Compliance Officer will be based in Kathmandu with frequent travels to partner municipalities and will report to the Senior Action Fund Manager.
