RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and/edit recipient award package (i.e., Selection Memo, Negotiation Memo, Draft Grant Agreement, Grant Award Internal Approval Sheet, and other documents as required) ensure all required contractual items are included and documents are of high quality in terms of content, formatting and language.
• Ensure compliance of award packages with Trade and Competitiveness GUC manual and GON guidelines . 
• Follow up and coordinate with the Technical Team and applicants to expedite Grants processing including SOW and full application package.
• Ensure supporting documents related to grant award (original and electronic documents for each grantee) are collected in timely manner.
• Carry out any other assignments as directed by COP, DFAC and Grants Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration or in other relevant discipline, 
• Strong English writing skills, with attention to details and to the quality of materials produced.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with USAID grants processing (conduct, due diligence, grant documents preparation and grant administration) .
• Team player and willing to take direction from project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing people and dealing with technical teams and private sector and getting things done in a timely manner.

Location: Kathmandu, with travel to other locations of the country as required. Note that Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, LLC will reimburse for lodging and transportation based on actual costs for required field visits outside of home base (Kathmandu).
