What's expected from you?

• Overall management of the company, including sales, finance, marketing, and production. 
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers.
• You will directly report to the chairman of the company
• Prior experience in leadership role of a manufacturing company is preferred. 
• Supervise the sales team, create new sales goals, maintain credit terms with distributors
• Handle all day to day leadership work on your own.
• Oversee factory staff and production quality and overall people management
• Handle the accounts department to ensure all work is being done in appropriate time and orderly manner
• You should have knowledge of customs import, banking (LC, TT), VAT, Excise and Accounting standard
• Maintain banking relations, track bank interest rates, timely financial planning.
• Manage the assets on premise - vehicles, machines etc.
• Ensure smooth operations of factory, labor planning. 
• Keeping track of competition and introducing new ideas to boost sales in the region.
