- An advanced university degree in international human rights, international development, social sciences, business administration, management, marketing, fundraising, or a related field. *A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
- At least 8 years relevant and progressively responsible professional work experience in high value private sector fundraising and partnerships.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in securing new multi-country private sector partnerships.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in both corporate and philanthropic partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting teams on the ground in person and remotely and capacity-building to deliver results.
- Familiarity with UNICEF Private Sector Fundraising is desirable.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in another UN language is desirable.
