Responsibilities:
- Determining the structure and design of web pages
- Developing features that enhance the user experience
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
- Building reusable code for future use
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Experience with python and django framework is a plus
- Understanding of key design principles
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Experience with graphic design applications
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience with code versioning tools: GIT.
