Job Description:

 

Department:  Front Office 


Reports to:    Chief Operating Officer

  • Manage and overlook the smooth operations of the Front Office.
  • Training and Development of Front Office staff.
  • Attend the daily Manager of the day (MOD) roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinates and supports other departments to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Strive to continually improve internal and external customer satisfaction and maximize the performance of the department. 
  • Safety and personal requests are to be provided as per the needs of apartment guests.
  • To offer assistance with administration and student counseling as support services to the admissions department as per the need. 
  • Handling communication regarding GATE to and from guardians, students, partners, staff, teachers, visitors, and guests of the Apartment.
