- Greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Online booking knowledge.
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Managing online and phone reservations.
- Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping department and manage room cleaning shedule
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Managing reservations and providing information about rooms rates and amenities.
