The key responsibilities within the role are:

- Optimal customer care with interactive and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and ability to work closely in a team environment and also able to work independently.
- Scheduling appointments and following up patient progress.
- Managing incoming/outgoing patient correspondence
- Telephone technique (Multi incoming calls)
- Managing patient billings and accounts
- Time management and appointment book proficiency
- Supporting all other practice staff
- Stock/ Inventory (counting, recording, ordering)
- Billing, banking, basic account keeping.
- Opening and locking up (if required)
- Assisting with distribution of marketing campaigns.
