  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to admission conversions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

  • Greeting and welcoming students, parents and other visitors as front desk executive of the Institute.
  • Handling all the inquiries from visitors i.e., students as well as parents and answering questions about the institute's admission process, fee structure and other related queries.
  • Providing counseling to the students, parents about the institute and converting them to admissions.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Managing the process of admission right from the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission.
  • Handle student management by ensuring proper record-keeping, maintaining student attendance records, and fees register.
  • Manage cash by ensuring proper recording and management of all transactions and preparing bank deposits.
  • Handle fees collection by coordinating with parents and students, maintaining records, and generating fee receipts
  • Handling all admission duties, maintaining admission records, and following up with applicants.
  • Managing all other general administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating office activities and other tasks.
