RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Management of office and program logistics.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration, business studies, social science or any other relevant field; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Proficient in Nepali and English (oral and written)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
- Ability to observe office etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training is an added bonus.
- Preferably has two-wheeler license.
