Job Description
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for foreign manpower recruitment in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations affecting foreign recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to international recruitment.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the foreign recruitment process.
- Develop and manage the budget for the Foreign Recruitment Department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve departmental goals.
