Professional Pre-requisites
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in F&B in the hospitality industry or 2-3 years of experience as General Manager in a restaurant/cafe
- Excellent documentation skills to strengthen institutional knowledge.
Areas of Responsibility
- Develop, analyze, and implement strategies for food profitability.
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies to enhance the F&B experience of the customers and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct gap analysis of the existing Kitchen Management System for F&B freshness, taste, service time, and other factors.
- Develop and implement a food menu for the region-wise facilities in consultation with the Marketing, Procurement, and Operation Heads.
- Create and decide on equipment procurement for the expansion of food and beverage menu items if needed.
- Develop and implement BOM and SOP standards for Kitchen and Concession.
- Develop and design food safety procedures in compliance with the HACCP system.
- Plan and implement yield management of Food and Beverage.
- Develop necessary Kitchen infrastructure and enhance kitchen efficiency of kitchen staff through need identification and conduct training programs accordingly.
- Interact and coordinate with kitchen consultants for the system and service gap.
- Plan and implement global kitchen audit for QFX Facilities.
- Carry out F&B market research and competitor analysis regarding price and current taste preferences of the customers.
