Job Description:
- Qualified & experienced with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Food and Beverage Department of minimum 3-star hotel.
- Must have at least 1 years of teaching experience in bachelor level.
- Must have with sound knowledge of theory & practical related to the subject (Food & Beverage Service).
- Developing and teaching courses in the Food and Beverage program, including lectures, labs, and hands-on training
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Developing and revising course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
- Identify, choose, and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
- Transfer to students’ theoretical information, practical skills, methods, and techniques.
- Comfortable and bring in innovative techniques to conduct classes physically and/or on virtual platform, preferably Zoom.
- Participating in departmental meetings and committees.
