Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the patisserie and bar ensuring exceptional quality and service.
  • Operational excellence in overseeing all aspects of daily operations of patisserie, bar and related services to guarantee a smooth and efficient experience for our guests
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of F&B professionals, setting high standards for performance, presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Set clear performance expectation, provide regular feedback and encourage career growth for team members
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, combining the best of patisserie and mixology.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, maintain budgetary guidelines and optimize revenue streams.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and events that enhance the guest experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in Food and Beverage Management, preferably in a high end patisserie and/or bar, upscale restaurant, or a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Successful experience in team management, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
  • Passion for culinary and mixology: A deep and genuine passion for culinary arts and mixology, demonstrated by a strong understanding of food trends, mixology techniques and menu development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial aspects of F&B operations. Proficiency in budget management, cost control and financial analysis. Proven experience in managing inventory, procurement and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
  • Knowledge of local food safety and health regulations.
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
