- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage operation in 5 Star or in a similar hotel.
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

Job Description:
Knowledge and Abilities
- Responsible for overseeing entire Food and Beverage Service operations.
- Responsible for F&B budget preparation, planning F&B Promotions and festivals.
- Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies and procedures as per hotel standard and government policies.
- Establish excellent customer relationship and train employees to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide clear guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance and establishing co-ordination with other departments.
- Ensure the highest F&B profitability and cost control management through different cost control tools.
