Other Specification:

• Graduate  from an accredited university in Hotel Management  
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage operation in 5 Star or in a similar hotel.
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service minded.

Job Description:

Knowledge and Abilities

• Responsible for overseeing entire Food and Beverage Service operations. 
• Responsible for F&B budget preparation, planning F&B Promotions and festivals.
• Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies and procedures as per hotel standard and government policies.
• Establish excellent customer relationship and train employees to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide clear guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance and establishing co-ordination with other departments.
• Ensure the highest F&B profitability and cost control management through different cost control tools.
