Finishing and Interior Designer – Hospitality

Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan

Qualifications/Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field along with 5+ years’ experience in interior design/ finishing with a focus on hospitality projects. Handling Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) of the hospitality projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating and conceptualizing interior design plans aligned with the brand, ambiance, and functionality required for hospitality spaces within the PIP guidelines.
2. Identifying, sourcing, and specifying materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
3. Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design intent is seamlessly integrated into the renovation or improvement process, maintaining quality standards and project goals.
4. Overseeing the implementation of design plans, managing schedules, budgets, and on-site inspections to ensure the successful execution of the interior design aspects within the PIP framework.
